Accessibility

Accessibility practices and feedback options for TestDayTools quizzes, checklists, tables, and printable study resources.

Our approach

TestDayTools aims to make study tools usable with a keyboard, screen reader, browser zoom, and common mobile and desktop layouts. Core quizzes and checklists do not require an account or drag-and-drop interaction.

Keyboard and controls

Interactive choices use native buttons, links, inputs, checkboxes, and select controls where practical. Focus indicators remain visible, and a skip link lets keyboard users move directly to the main content.

Road-sign illustrations

Road-sign practice uses original simplified illustrations with text alternatives. Meaning is explained in text after each answer, so color alone is not the only way to identify the rule or driver action.

Responsive tables and zoom

Pages are designed to reflow on mobile screens and at browser zoom. Wide date or requirements tables use a horizontal scroll area so columns remain readable instead of overlapping.

Printable resources

Printable resources keep headings, sign names, and meanings in text. Print layout is a convenience layer; the same information remains available in the standard web page.

Known limitations and feedback

Accessibility can vary by browser, assistive technology, and device. If a control, table, illustration, or download is difficult to use, send the page URL, the affected element, and your browser or assistive technology through the contact page so the issue can be reproduced and corrected.
